Hi Roy,

That is a tough question.

It's a bit clichè, but my first bit of advice is to figure out how you're going to get paid. That is to say, figure out what service you're going to offer, who the target customers are, how you are going to market to those target customers, and how these customers are going to pay you.

One of the biggest challenges is figuring this out, whether it is SMS/MMS, or some other area.

Maybe someone else will have some other advice ... but if you want some feedback, I'd suggest getting a little more specific on what you're thinking. (Of course, the danger with posting publicly here is that in an open forum, someone else could easily steal your idea if you provide too much detail.)

I have many ideas of the services I would like to offer and methods of payments I would like to use. What I want to now is what are the technical components of a SMS/MMS infrastructure and how best to go about building this infrastructure and who are the people/companies I need to contact to get the infrastructure up and running. For example in the data networking world if I wanted a specific service like internet access I would request if from the relevant provider, obtaining information from them on pricing, points of present, DMZ, equipment required and other similar questions to obtain the information I need. Is the method the same in the mobile messaging world, please advice

Thanks
