In response to customer requests, an updated version of NowSMS NextGen (version 2022.02.22) supports user accounts with "operator" access. Operator accounts have the ability to access logs, statistics and message queues. But these accounts do not have access to the "System Configuration" pages, and cannot create accounts or make any changes to the configuration. These accounts are defined in the "System Configuration" under "SMS Users", where the account setting "Enable Operator Access via Web" has been added.  | |||
