Hi Support, I bought my license last 2021-10-10 and my maintenance support ended a year after. Today, the software crashed which led me to reinstall the software. After the installation, the app is no longer accepting my license key and it gave me another trial until 2023-02-17. I am using the version 2022.10.10 and my installation reference code is 1F006EE6BD08. Whenever I am entering my Activation Code, the page just refreshed and there are no error shown in the page. Hi Support, Update: I used the drag and drop license key feature in your web interface. The message prompted "License Installed" and yet, right below it says "Trial Expires 2023.02.17" I hope this helps. Regards, Pancho | |||

Pancho, You do not have to pay for your licenses again. However you do need a Software Upgrade Agreement in place to get support. Regards Keith. |
