Hi Support,

We are currently running NowSMS with a MySQL 5.7 database. AWS is planning to end of standard support in February 2024.

The next version available is MySQL 8.0. Are there any compatibility issues with us moving from 5.7 to 8?

Hi,

I'm not aware of any specific compatibility issues with different versions of MySQL.

But, FWIW, the MySQL server that is running on the system that I most frequently use for testing is running v8.0.22.
