is there a way to set up a routing scenario like this?

I have 4 android modems in a route.

I want X amount of SMS to go out #1 then rotate to #2,#3 & 4 and repeat until the sms's are finished.

As carriers are getting more strict this would help

Hi,

The short answer is No. There is no setting that works like this.

What is possible is setting a daily limit of X on a modem. And when that limit is hit, the modem will be taken off-line for the rest of the day.

Messages would continue to be sent randomly through other modems that are assuaged the same route name and have not reached their limit.

Another potentially useful setting is limiting the speed sending through a particular modem to 1 message every Y seconds, which might be useful for spreading the sending across different modems.

There was an additional question posted via e-mail:

Also can more than one SMSC be sending on the same route at the same time? Somehow split the que up?

Yes. This is how it works.
