Hi just to be sure that this is not a bug or if this is normal behaviour on filter search feature as you can see below , on the message log , on the smsc interface column and smsc route , for MMSOU , we can see to which VASP account the mms is routed , but if you try to select only the mms going out to one specific route , it is not possible to select a vasp , the only choice is for SMPP we cannot select a filter on a specific vasp. the workaround is to download the csv and filter with excel , this is less useful than if we can do it from search menu. is it a normal behaviour , or i need to do something to resolve this. thanks beforehand for your support , Br Marc | |||

Hi Marc, This is an oversight. We can fix this by updating an HTML template, which can be found at https://nowsms.com/download/ACTIVITY.HTM.zip . The updated template will be included in future versions. But for now, create a directory /var/lib/nowsms/UI/WEBADMIN and extract the ACTIVITY.HTM file from the zip download into that directory. If you encounter an unexpected problem with this updated template, just delete the file to revert to the default template.
