Hi Abdul, This particular discussion board is for the Now.WAP Proxy, which is a different product from the Now SMS/MMS Gateway. Bryce can help you better with future questions in the support area for NowSMS. But to give you some immediate assistance. As it states on the download page: Please note that a connection to an SMS service provider, or a GSM modem is required to send messages using this software. System Requirements To clarify this a little further, and address one of the most common misunderstandings: NowSMS is not a bulk SMS service provider. You need a subscription to a service provider, or a GSM modem, in order to do anything useful with NowSMS. The Now SMS/MMS Gateway is not a replacement for an SMS service provider. The Now SMS/MMS Gateway is a middleware tool for SMS, which among other features, can be used to manage connections to one or more service providers; or to manage receiving SMS messages; or to perform message formatting for advanced message types such as WAP push, MMS, etc. For future questions, please post in one of the support areas titled "Now SMS/MMS Gateway Support". -- Kent Williams Now Wireless Support | |||

hi, I have a nokia 6100. I don't understand mms exactly but i assumed i could receive picture msgs and polyphonic ringtones with it.. but i can't!!! i don't know how to activate it and the sunrise website or any other doesn't seem to help! i would be so grateful if someone could tell be how to set my phone so that i can receive pics and/or do whatever one does with mms!! thanks | |||
