What does it means? Is it a number of simultaneous WSP session? If not where I can get this value?

The "Users" field refers to the count of active WSP sessions.

Please note that this count can also include WSP connection-less sessions (which can only be released by a session timeout), and can also include active HTTP connections for the HTTP/WAP2 proxy.

The "Requests" field refers to actual WSP requests. A request is considered active while it is in the process of being serviced, so a WSP GET or POST operation is active while it is being proxied to the destination content server.

So you can generally think of the "Requests" field as referring to active GET or POST transactions (could be HTTP as well as WSP).

And the "Users" field refers to "sessions".
