Hi:

I tried to set up now.wap gateway to run thru a proxy server on a seperate computer. Example Now.Wap running on IP 168.23.145.12 and the proxy running on 168.23.145.47. In this example, the proxy server is working, but the now.wap gateway is not accessible.

But, if I put the proxy server on the same IP as the now.wap gateway, then the proxy server works and the now.wap gateway is accessible.

What am I doing wrong in the first example.

Thanks for any tips. I run the http proxy server for many other programs and I want it to be working on a seperate IP.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand.

Is this an IP routing issue where you are unable to talk to the Now.WAP gateway at all?

Or is this a case of where you are able to have the clients connect to the Now.WAP gateway, but they receive back errors because Now.WAP cannot connect to the proxy server?

Enable the debug log ... manually edit WAPGW.INI, and under the [WAPGW] header, add Debug=Yes. What do you see in that log (WAPDEBUG.LOG), does it show any connections being received?
