Hello All,

Is there a way to get statistics form the "Service" tab of the Now.Wap main window. Like which has been the maximun number of users for one week or the number of session during a regular day or the availability of the service, and others

I would also like to know if I can save a history of it.

Please let me know where to get this info or how the configure the application to do it.

Best Regards,

togo

Hi Togo,

Have you tried the "Reports" page?

Hi Des,

The Reports tab provide the information of a day before, what I need is to see the information all day long, lets say a graphic of these statistics.

At the same time I would like to get a graphic of sessions usage during the day.

Is there a way to do this? Can you provide me a query to look for the info in the database.

Best Regards

Togo

Hi Togo,

I'm not an expert in SQL, and unfortunately my colleague who is, is on vacation this week. So I will give a more detailed reply next week.

What I can tell you is that previous day log files get converted to an SQLite database format. (The current day log remains in text format until the day is over.)

You might want to download SQLite from www.sqlite.org, and run sqlite3.exe against the database to become familiar with the format. I believe the date time stamp is stored as a YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format which may make it more challenging to develop queries to count requests by hour. Maybe this will help you get started. When my colleague gets back I will ask him to provide more detail and examples.
