I am having problems receiving MMS messages into the gateway. I have configured routing MMS to a specific user via MM7 - but I see no evidence of this. How should this be configured to receive an MMS from a device? Thanks | |||||

I need to be able to have delivery receipt and incoming MMS messages routed via mm7 to a specific user. The console is configured to do this (I think) but there is no traffic sent to the MM7 URL - I can see that some of the MMS messages have had a delivery acknowledged (on the status). Please assist. The most pressing is the simple incoming MMS routed via MM7. | |||||

Hi Neil, I'm sorry, but we are having some technical problems with our web site. I don't notice any problem in the configuration. But the best way for me to diagnose is to see the debug logs for when a message is received. Enable both the SMSDEBUG.LOG and MMSCDEBUG.LOG files. The SMSDEBUG.LOG file will show the MMS message being received ... and the MMSCDEBUG.LOG should show the message being dispatched to MM7. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||||
