Hi, I have a trial version, only 4 days remains, and I have already bought the license, but when I tried to install the license but it fails, I checked the license and, I am assuming that "Authorization Code" is the same that "Activation Code", but field for Authorization Code is smaller than the Activation Code, I checked the manual and the option "'Load Serial Number File" is not displayed in my version, do I have to wait till it expires or just reinstall the tool? Hi Rose, It sounds like you are currently using a very old version of NowSMS (version 5.x or earlier). However, I am confused ... because we normally would not send you an activation code until you sent us your "installation reference code". There is no "installation reference code" in v5.x ... so it is not clear to me why you were sent an activation code. You can download the latest version of NowSMS from our web site, install it over your existing version and keep all of your configuration information. The newer version will have the option to "Load Serial Number File". If you have further problems, please e-mail nowsms@nowsms.com. In the subject line, put Attention: Des ... and supply me with your company name, serial number and license details, and we will investigate. -- Des NowSMS Support |
