Hi Peter, Is the message going between operators by any chance ... modem SIM on one operator ... receiver SIM on a different operator? The reason I ask is because when the message goes from one operator to another, the message gets translated into an MM4/SMTP format, where that encoding would be used for the subject header. The receiving MMSC would be expected to decode it. I guess what I'm saying is that it sounds potentially like an operator MMSC issue that might be outside of our control. But let's take a closer look. Before we go down that path, however, is the scenario like I describe? Modem SIM on one operator ... receiver SIM on a different operator? If yes, can you try a similar test with an MMS client gong between the same operators? Let's see if a Unicode subject header also gets scrambled in that test ... if it does, the problem is with one of the operator MMSCs. If that test shows no problem, then please send me more detail. E-mail to nowsms@nowsms.com with Attention: Des on the subject line. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
