cant read mms via pmcollect. how can i read them? | |||

I assume you're referring to T-Mobile UK's pmcollect web site, which quite a few people seem to be complaining about here on our discussion board. I'm sorry, but they are not using our MMS software, and we have no control or involvement with their messaging system. Unfortunately, the only advice that I can offer is to contact T-Mobile. Also, please note, as a general rule, many operator systems will delete messages that have not been retrieved within a certain period of time, and it is possible that you cannot access the message because it was not retrieved within a timeout period. (I have seen some operators that require you to retrieve the message within 48 or 72 hours.) I'm sorry that I can't offer any further guidance, but you have posted your message in the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway product, and I have to give priority in replying to support questions related to our product. | |||
