Hi,

This is the support area for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway product. One of the features of the product is the ability to send MMS & WAP/GPRS settings.

For more information on using NowSMS to send settings, please refer to the documentation:

I have a Siemens MC60. I've been trying to connect to internet and it says incorrect CSD Profile.

same with setting it to WAP or HTTP. And I can't access anytime with GPRS.

What should I do?

Configure your phone with the settings that are appropriate for your mobile operator.

I'm sorry, but this is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product, so I cannot provide you with detailed advice for how to accomplish this.

I can suggest that you check your mobile operator's web site (the settings that you need vary by operator), and the operator might have a function from the web site to send settings to your phone. Barring that, your operator's web site should contain information on what settings need to be configured in your phone ... although you might need to consult the manual for your phone (see your mobile phone manufacturer's web site if you do not have a printed manual) to determine how to enter the settings into your particular phone.
