nowsms gateway 2018-11-21 gprs modem connected by com port received MMS showing sender id, subject, message size and expiration date but no image and content. when i click the mms, the phone shows "message not downloaded,. review message and try again" if i use android app using the same SIMCARD, mms can be retrieved ok. pls advise | |||

let me clarify using nowsms gateway to send MMS to phone nowsms gateway -> gprs modem -> phone (received MMS cannot be downloaded) | |||

i followed your post to setup MMSC routing for gprs. i hit "test connection" button and replied "test connection OK" i set default route to this grps route when i submit mms, mms not sent and in processed (user) queue. pls tell me how to troubleshoot when i edit the route, all setting are lost. why? | |||

This suggests that the MMS is being sent as a "direct delivery MMSC", and not via the modem. "Direct Delivery MMSC" won't work with many mobile operators, because it is blocked. (When it is to blocked, the NowSMS server must be accessible via the internet, because the receiving device connects back to NowSMS to retrieve the message content.)
What does the MMSC-yyyymmdd.LOG report? That will give me an idea of next step troubleshooting. {when i edit the route, all setting are lost. why?} Maybe you are not pressing OK or Apply to save?
