Hi, Newbie question. I would like to ask if we will create a new system how long does it take to have a developer work on it? And, if it's overhaul or modification what's the delivery time? I would like to know before hiring developer so I can negotiate with timeframe. Thank you very much! | |||

Hi, I can't really answer your question, because I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish. There's usually a lot more involved than hiring a developer and negotiating a timeframe. Granted, I might be a techie/developer type, but I'd advise that you start with a business plan. You say that you're a newbie, so you may be working under a bad assumption, such as assuming that you will be able to send SMS for free ... which is not a good assumption.
