This is an active rejection by the operator MMSC. Error-permanent-content-not-accepted = <Octet 229> (0xE5) There is no further detail for this error code. If this is happening for just select messages, then there may be something specific to the content of the message that the operator is not allowing, perhaps a spam filter. If this is happening for all messages, then the operator is likely blocking your account. | |||

ok thanks. I think its being blocked. With prepaid sims the carriers seem to have gotten aggressive in filtering. If you have any suggestions on getting more MMS out I would appreciate that... | |||
