hello there is something strange happend to me i am using now sms to send xml documents but strangely that is not allways recieved by the reciept. i tryed ot send txt message and reach to same one good ,and when i send the xml file it doesn't recieve untill i send it more that 10 times or somthing. i have checked the log files ,that log if the gatway is active or not(even it sends thes txt msg good) and it says that the gatway is up ,and the message sent successfully even it didn't reach to the reciept may any one explain this to me thanks | |||

What type of SMSC connection are you using? In some environments (especially with GSM modems) it takes longer for binary messages to be delivered. Check the SMSOUT-yyyymmdd.LOG file ... does it show NowSMS sending out all of the parts of the multipart message? If so, it's going to the SMSC, but the SMSC might have delay issues in processing binary multipart messages. To determine if this is the case, experiment with sending WAP Push messages ... make the "text" area longer and longer so that the message contains more parts. -bn | |||
