Hi Bryce, I've downloaded free trial version from your site, and I got an shortcode account with smsc, which communicate through UCP. I tried to send a SMS to the same shortcode through UCP (meaning Adc and OAdC is the same), from the log i can see the SMS has been sent out successfully. However, I cant receive the SMS i've sent. I've enabled the "Receive SMS Messages" check for my UCP Connection. Is there any setting I've left out? | |||

Hi KS, Sorry that I missed this posting when you originally posted it. It's most likely a configuration issue on your provider's side. There's nothing extra that you should have to do in NowSMS (unless required by your provider ... like the way some UCP/EMI providers want to connect back to you on a separate "receive port" to deliver received messages). It's also possible that they might not support a short code sending to itself (or to another short code). So I'd also suggest trying to send to a phone, and having the phone reply back. -bn | |||
