Hi, Recentky bought a secind hand orange locked 7250i. Unlocked it, slapped in my o2 sim (which has MMS enabled) and tried all settings provided by O2 + Nokia but yet MMS messages are still not coming through...sometimes the G in the corner comes up breifly with a message icon swirling round a paper clip, then it goes and...nothing. Can someone please help! | |||

This is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product. I'm sorry, but we can't help with questions regarding configuration of mobile phones. I can tell you that it sounds like the MMS settings for O2 are not properly configured in the phone. The "G" and swirling message/paper clip sounds like your phone is receiving the MMS notification, but it is unable to fetch the URL that contains the MMS content over GPRS. The primary reason why this would fail would be that the MMS settings in the phone are not configured correctly. -bn | |||
