Hi, Would you be so kind to describe exactly which options in NowSMS should be setted for I'll be able to receive MMS. I'd made all possible checks (I able to send and receive MMS with my sim-cards when they installed in phones), but when I send from 6230 MMS to Siemens MC35i I only receive the two binary SMS and no MMS. In your docs there are two places refer to same options: one in modem connection - MMS settings - "Receive to MMS-IN Directory" and other in "2-Way" page - "Process received MMS messages" and MMS Directory. Should I enable both this checkboxes to receive MMS? What if I use the only modem for sms and mms procesing? What correct path to configure NowSMS (all tests in NowSMS tell me that all fine)? | |||

Hi, You need to have "Receive MMS" enabled in the modem definition ... and you need to have the relevant settings for your mobile operator defined there. Settings for some mobile operators can be found in the following thread: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/485/491.html If you still are experiencing problems, please advise which mobile operator you are using, what settings you are using, and an SMSDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG showing the messages being received, or attempted to be received, would be helpful.
