Hi Bryce,

We are having problems with our MMS service.
I'd upgrade our MMSC to v5.51k as you suggested here: http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/485/12842.html

A few days after the upgrade, most of our client's cell phones stop retriving the MMS messages.

I can see in our smsc logs that NOW SMS is sending the MM Notification messages without any error (Status code 0) but somehow cell phones are not getting online in order to retrieve their MMSs.

Any tip on this issue?

Hi Bryce,

I went back to version v5.51c but the problem persists.
The problem is very weird.
As I told you, short messages for mm notifications are submited without problem to cell phones but they just won't retrieve MMS in most cases :-(

I'm sorry to take so long to get back to you (I think I've replied to about 100 other postings out here since you posted your message, but the order in which I worked through them made me not see yours until now ... and yours sounds very critical).

Unfortunately, I don't have enough information to know what is happening.

And it is especially confusing that you would go back to the version that you were running before, and still have a problem.

I'd like to see debug logs from your system. Both SMSDEBUG.LOG and MMSCDEBUG.LOG. ZIP them and e-mail them to nowsms@now.co.uk with "Attention: Bryce" in the subject line.
