Hi, I am using Nokia API to sedn message to MMSC. A directory with user name is created in MMSCData which is empty and Q is also empty, it means the message has been received by MMSC but where it has stored and how it can be sent to email. What has the users of MMSC and VASP and Routing do with the senario, i have some done some configuration of it. | |||

What is the recipient address for your message? You mention e-mail, so are you submitting it to an e-mail address? If so, NowSMS will queue it in the MMSCOUT subdirectory, and it will attempt to route it via SMTP to the "SMTP Relay Host" configured on the "MMSC" page of the NowSMS configuation dialog. This is assuming that your "MMSC VASP" definition specifies "Standard MMS Delivery" (which is the default setting). To answer the other questions: "MMSC Users" refers to phones that are allowed to send MMS messages through the NowSMS MMSC. (It also defines local phone accounts on the MMSC to which NowSMS should always deliver MMS messages directly instead of using any routing definitions defined under "MMSC Routing".) "MMSC Routing" defines outbound routes for how NowSMS routes outbound MMS messages. (By default NowSMS performs direct MMS delivery over SMS and WAP which may not be compatible with all mobile operator configurations.) -bn |
