No.

I'm sorry, but this is the support forum for the NowSMS/MMS Gateway software product.

That said, I believe you need to contact customer support for your mobile operator. While a mobile phone must be configured with settings (which are specific to each individual operator) in order to send MMS (picture) messages ... there are no special settings that must be configured to be able to send SMS messages. Instead, it is likely that your account with the mobile operator is not provisioned to allow it to send SMS messages for some reason ... and you need to ask your mobile operator why.

As stated above, this is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product.

I can't really help with most queries that are not related to our products.

That said, some quick advice that might help. The "G" likely stands for GPRS. Somewhere in the SMS message settings in your phone, there should be a setting that specifies whether the phone is configured to send SMS messages over GSM (circuit), GPRS (packet) or both. Try changing this setting. Usually a setting of GSM (circuit) is the most reliable for the average user.

Where to find that setting in your phone ... consult the manual or download a manual from the phone manufacturer's web site.
