Problem in receiving MMS

Hi , Pls guide on the attached print screen. The test is successful. But i could not received MMS from my modem. I could received MMS if using same setting with hp. What is the problem?

Your settings look ok.

However, try changing "SMS Message Storage" to "Direct to Modem". Some modem devices do not route the MMS notifications correctly unless this setting is used.

If this does not resolve the problem, enable the debug logs. (Checkboxes on the "Serial #" page of the configuration dialog.) In particular, I would like to see the SMSDEBUG.LOG and MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG for when you send an MMS message to the SIM card of the modem.

thanks for ur reply. I tried to reconfigure it to "Direct to modem" but it didn't help. I had attached the debug logs. Hopefully u can guide me with this log.
