I'm sorry, but I don't understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

You cannot browse an MM7 service with a web browser.

To submit a message via MM7, you must issue an HTTP POST transaction from an application.

To receive a message via MM7, your application must be running on a web server that can accept HTTP POST transactions routed to your application.

The following link talks some more about MM7:

http://www.nowsms.com/documentation/ProductDocumentation/mms_notifications_and_c ontent/Submitting_MMS_Messages_MM7.htm

Regarding a step-by-step configuration ... I can't give you one because I do not know specifically what you are trying to accomplish. (There are many different ways to configure NowSMS, depending on what you are trying to accomplish ... and how you make your SMS and/or MMS external connections.)
