Good Morning, We write you to know if you can help us with a problem that we have notice since one month ago. We have installed the NOW SMS software with a licence of 3.000 messages per minute, but we have notice that happens the following: - The platform send 150 or 300 messages per minute and then, the platform stops during 45 seconds (approximately). Do you what can be the problem???? I notice that you have the ReceiptRequested=Yes flag set to request a delivery receipt for each message. There can be performance issues when sending large volumes of messages with receipts requested. Possibly you are encountering a problem with that. A new setting was added earlier this year as a temporary work-around for performance problems with large volumes of messages with receipts requested. Under the [SMSGW] header of SMSGW.INI, add the following: TrackSMPPReceiptsNew=Yes This setting does require a newer version, I believe it was added in 2007.02. Hi, we have updated with the patch the NOWSMS version, but to us it continues happening the same. We have proven to store 3000 messages in the tail so that they leave directly, but happens the same. Second sends in all the seconds but only 5 messages/seg. The license that we have is of 50 messages/second. The license during how long lasts? Best Regards, | |||
