You define user accounts under "SMS Users".

Hi,

Do you have "*" defined as the "SMS Command Prefix"?

Try defining a command with that prefix, which means that every message matches this command.

Aside from that, another idea ...

Maybe there is a problem with the command definition. Is it a local executable, or an http link? It might help to enable the SMSDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on the "Serial #" page of the NowSMS configuration) ... if you view SMSDEBUG.LOG it will show the exact command line or URL that NowSMS is trying to execute. Verify that the command or URL actually works by running it manually at a command prompt window or for a URL in a web browser.

If you're still confused, post the SMSGW.INI and the SMSDEBUG.LOG showing the message being received.
