Dear,
I am using Sony Ericsson W890.

I could send and receive SMS and send MMS through Now.SMS gateway.

I have configure my nowSMS at "SMSC->properties->MMS Setting->Receive to MMS-IN directory" and I alread study "HowMMSWork".

When I send MMS to Now.SMS, I got a SMS in SMS-In folder.

I know this is because the MMS is based on SMS(HowMMSWork say).

The SMS message is:

[SMS-IN]
ModemName=Sony Ericsson Device 217 USB WMC Data Modem
Sender=+88693601XXXX
PhoneNumber=+88691688XXXX
dcs=8
Data=60A867094E005247004D004D00534E3B65E870BA300C56DE8986FF1A0020007A007A007A300 D300282E571216CD581EA624B6A5F63A56536FF0C8ACB4EE596FB816690237DDA006800740074007 0003A002F002F006D006D0073002E006600650074006E00650074002E006E006500748B8053D6002 84FDD75594E0959290029

The Data is unicode form of Chinese:

您有一則MMS主旨為「回覆: zzz」。若無法自手機接收,請以電腦連線http://mms.fetnet.net讀取(保留三天)
===

It mean: You have a MMS message and this title is "Re: ZZZ". If you can't read from cell phome, please use PC browser to http://mms.fetnet.net (retain 3 days)

1. Is there any wrong config in my NOW.SMS gatewary?

2. Would NOW.SMS process Chinese MMS correctly?

3. May I get MMS by program when I got this SMS through NOW.SMS api(or dll/ocx/com)?

This means that your provider doesn't think that your phone (the SIM card in the modem) doesn't support MMS.

With some mobile operators, if you send an MMS message one time that is enough to provision your account for MMS in their system.

Other mobile operators require that you call them to enable MMS support.

My suggestion would be to put the SIM card into a mobile phone. Try sending/receiving MMS with the phone. If that does not work, call your mobile operator to get MMS support enabled for your account.

Once that is working, then put the SIM card back into the modem.
