I'm having a problem with the encoding of eMail messages. When sending MMS to an eMail recipient, the eMail encoding is always UTF-8. How can I change this? I am sending eMails to Japanese cellphones which support ISO-2022-JP only. Is there a way to change the encoding of outgoing mails?
Thanks!

A second question: How can I force NowSMS to encode all MMS messages to UTF-8? If I send an eMail with Japanese text, encoded in ISO-2022-JP, to my phone's address it won't display properly. If I send Japanese text using UTF-8 then it works!
So I'd like to know if there's a way to force NowSMS to convert all incoming messages to UTF-8 before the MMS is sent to the phone...?

Please give me a hint, it's an important issue for me.

I understand that someone is corresponding with Bryce regarding this issue on incident TC-20205.

I'll leave it to Bryce to follow up on this.
