Hi, I am a user of Now SMS/MMS Gateway v2006.03.09. I wanted to use mms service but each time I test the connection, it says unable to connect to WAP Gateway. The network connection is iTegno GPRS Wireless Modem. I am using Singapore M1 settings. Please help. Urgent! Thanks! | |||

Hi Vincent, Enable the MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG and try connecting again. Then post the content of this MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG. Hopefully it will provide us with some clue as to what is occurring. As you are using an older version of NowSMS, you may also want to try it with the latest version to see if it makes a difference. I do remember a compatibility issue that we found on Windows Server 2003 which has been addressed since that release. (It didn't affect all installations, and was not necessarily Windows Server 2003 specific.) Also, I'd suggest that you try the SIM card in a mobile phone, and verify that you can send MMS using the SIM card in an actual phone. I suggest this because if you bought the modem with the SIM card, often times the mobile operator will not have enabled MMS support for you account. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
