Hi,
I am trying to send a MMS using nowsms but i am facing one problem. I have done all the settings as instructed in quick guide.

When i send the MMS i get the following response from the network providers

I live in Pakistan an using Telenor as network service providers. Kindly help.

Hi,

Can you enable the MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG (checkbox on the "Serial #" page)?

Try again with the MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG enabled, then post that log in reply here.

My guess is that they have changed their MMSC settings and are trying to redirect to the new MMSC ... but that doesn't always work so well for POST transactions. The MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG should hopefully tell us the new location to try.

Thanks for the help, but i have solved the problem.

Nowsms seems to have a bug, it is correctly configured for Telenor yet it fails with the above statement. It seems that your software is not using correct access point, yet it shows the correct settings.

I was simultaneously developing a java application for sending of the MMS and it was giving me the same error, then i changed access point of the dial up connection itself(from system properties -> AT initalization) and ran my java code, MMS was successfully sent.

Thanks anyways...

I'd have to see the MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG to diagnose, but it certainly sounds like some confusion over AT+CGDCONT.
