Hi I just download your application (NowSMS) to try out its MMS sending capabilities. Right now, I am using an Itegno WM1080A GPRS modem. Problem is, I can't seem to find the right configuration/settings to connect to my operator's MMSC.

On the MMSC Routing tab, I've added a default route with the following settings:

MM1
Server address: 192.40.100.22:10021/mmsc
Network connection: Modem:ITegNo GPRS Wireless Modem
WAP Gateway IP address: 192.40.100.20
Modem Used: ITegNo GPRS Wireless Modem
GPRS APN: mms.globe.com.ph

I got these settings from my mobile phone, a N7250, and it's able to send MMS without problem. When I click "Test Connection", it says "Unable to connect to WAP Gateway".

Please help! Is there something I failed to do?

By the way, here's the MMSWAPDEBUG file. I've also tried connecting to another operator, SMART Telecommunications... same thing.. still can't connect to Wap gateway.

Hi Danielle,

Apologies for the delay responding back to you.

The MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG is interesting. I think the modem might be lying to us in one of its responses.

Use Hyperterminal to connect to the COM port directly.

Type ATZ, then the enter key and make sure you get back OK.

Now type the following commands (and reply back to me to let me know how the modem responded):

AT+CGDCONT=2,"IP","mms.globe.com.ph"
AT+CGDCONT?
AT&W

Then try again with NowSMS. (I'd also like to see another MMSWAPDEBUG.LOG from your next attempt.)
