That MMSC is using one of the early versions of MM7, where the schema did not support a message id in the response. -- Des NowSMS Support

Current configuration for my MMSC VASP account: Acceptconnections via: MM7, MM4, MM1 3GPP MS Version: 5.3.0 MM7 Schema: REL-5-MM7-1-0 MMSC Routing for Received Messages: Standard MMS Delivery

3GPP MMS Version: 5.3.0 MM7 Schema: REL-5-MM7-1-0 Those would be the correct settings for connecting with that server. The server might understand REL-5-MM7-1-2, but there are some subtle differences between the XML schemas that can cause unexpected errors. NowSMS knows about these differences and behaves according to the version that you configure. -- Des NowSMS Support

Re-read my initial reply ... Actually, I'll add a little more to it so that maybe it will help you understand ... Because that MMSC is using one of the early versions of MM7, where the schema (REL-5-MM7-1-0) did not support a message id in the response.

Switched to REL-5-MM7-1-2 and now I get the message-id in the SubmitRsp. Thanks. |
