Hi Srinivasa,

How is NowSMS configured to deliver MMS messages?

If NowSMS is configured as a "Direct Delivery" MMSC, this will not work with many operators, as they block direct delivery from external MMSCs.

You can read about this issue here:

http://www.nowsms.com/howmmsworks.htm

The alternative is to configure NowSMS to send MMS messages over the modem via the operator MMSC.

There is a good explanation of this configuration here:

Hi Srinivasa,

Only for certain recipient phone numbers?

If you put the SIM card into a phone can you send MMS to those phone numbers?

If that works, but NowSMS has a problem sending to certain phone numbers:

In the "MMSC Routing" configuration, make sure that "Default Sender address" is blank, and "Allow sender address override" is NOT checked.

What do you mean by hang? What PC is hanging? PC running NowSMS? PC with web browser submitting to NowSMS?

My guess is that when NowSMS starts up the data connection to the mobile operator, the dynamic IP address assigned by the mobile operator is in a private IP range similar to what is used on your local area network. So while that connection is active, NowSMS loses connectivity to your local network until the connection is finished.

NowSMS establishes the connection so that "use default gateway on remote network" is NOT enabled ... however, some versions of Windows automatically apply address routing masks, and that can cause some confusion.

Newer versions of NowSMS are better at detecting routing masks applied automatically by Windows and deactivating them to avoid this type of conflict.
