We have NowSMS installed in one of our customer's site. Using the NowSMS Web interface, i send MMS while registering the “To: number and “From” number. The “To” number do get the MMS but without the “From” number. We are using EAIF protocol and the connection to the MMSC is by VPN. Have any idea why? | |||

Hi Avi, In the "MMSC Routing" definition, make sure that "Allow Sender Address Override" is checked. If this setting is not checked, the "Default Sender Address" is always used, even if it is blank. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
