Using my phone, I could send MMS directly to a general email address such as xxxxx@gmail.com, I learned NowSms manual, and can't make it happen, there's one thing I can confirm, when I config Nowsms,I must make it to be MMSC routing to our local operator, there's no other way, I config it to successfully send MMS, things are ok with this case. I would like to know under this case, is there possibility to send MMS to a email address directly use NowSMS and phone modem? and how to config it? I have another question, it not related to above point.I have noticed more and more So-called free internet SMS service sites came into being and it does work,after input phone numbers and content, press "send" button, the SMS arrived on phone at once across the earth, how did that happend? they stay on cost? they enjoy special service from operators, or they use some hack method? | |||

With the web interface of NowSMS, is that anyway allowed to input email address to send MMS? | |||

if I must use mmsc routing to send MMS according to local operator's MMSC limitatioin, does that mean I have no way to send MMS to Email with NowSMS? from configration instruction, I learned to do that,open internal MMSC is a must to use SMTP method. | |||

Hi Steven, The web interface of NowSMS does not support sending an MMS message to an e-mail address. The reason why is because we simply don't see a compelling reason for being able to do this. Free internet SMS services generally have strict limits on the number of SMS messages any individual can send, and subsidize their costs with advertising.
