Hi, I have setup the Now WAP gateway, and now would like to setup the Now MMS Gateway and operate it as MMSC, so mobile phone can send MMS to MMS gateway via wap. But I'm facing some difficult in MMS Gateway, the mobile phones seem failed to send MMS to the gateway. The failure log showed " 2010-04-20 11:27:54,MMSIN,10.10.1.49,,,User Not Defined,FAILED. "(as attached file). Although I did add few users in MMSC User. Appreciate if you can provide some guideline.

Hi, The problem is that the MMSC does not know the identity of the user that is trying to send a message. If you are in a test lab environment, you can include the username in the URL of the test devices (http://mmsc:port/username=password). If you are in an operator environment, then you need to configure your access server to forward RADIUS accounting information to NowWAP so that it has information on the identity of each user. You then need to configure NowWAP to forward this information to the NowSMS MMSC.
