If I send a MMS Notification it doesn't work, Always notify "Error: Unable to fetch URL: 'http://81.38.78.80/BTMMS.MMS'"

127.0.0.1 is the local ip of your computer and your phone can't access your local network. save the mms on a webserver that is not your pc at home.. duh

but if i put my public ip 'http://81.38.78.80/BTMMS.MMS', it does'nt work and it notify "Error: Unable to fetch URL: 'http://81.38.78.80/BTMMS.MMS', and don't send the MMS.
I have a router with NAT and I have routing ports 8800 for web and 80 for the MMSC server.
I have tried to upload MMS on a public webserver and download file directly from mobil phone and it doesn't work. My operator is Vodafone ES, and I have tried Telfonica Movistar too wich the same result... "Uknown file format"... :-(

I cannot access your URL http://81.38.78.80/BTMMS.MMS over the internet ... so I would not expect a phone to be able to either.

I believe that the Spanish operators block access to external MMSCs, anyway, in which case you would need to send messages through the operator MMSC, as described here:

http://www.nowsms.com/documentation/ProductDocumentation/mms_notifications_and_c ontent/Connecting_to_operator_MMSC.htm

See http://support.nowsms.com/discus/messages/1/589.html for a discussion of how MMS works, and why you might need to send through an operator MMSC.

Also, the following link talks more about these URLs:
