please help me, i'm baffled!!

i have a Sharp GX10i which was originally bought as a pay as you go phone but now has my contract chip in.
i tried to send mms messages but could'nt, so found out about the internet settings from Vodafone. typed these all in correct (checked over and over) and i've asked vodafone if i was provisioned .which i am!
So why do i get this error message: NETWORK COMMUNICATION ERROR UNNALOWED: not provisioned yet.

i think it must be the handset because it used to be a pay as you go phone.
tried to contact Sharp but there is no helpline for customers with there phones.

Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated......

Internet settings are different from MMS settings, so make sure you are using the correct settings.

The error message that you are getting sounds like the phone has not been configured with the settings, like perhaps you configured the internet browser but not the MMS client.

I'm afraid I can't offer you any more advice, however. This support forum is for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway software product.
