The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) exists to agree standards across the mobile industry.

When you refer to the 'OMA features' I assume that you are referring to the standards agreed for provisioning handset settings via SMS. These enable the settings within handset (including CSD WAP settings and bookmarks, GPRS settings and MMS settings) to be updated via SMS.

I understand, thanks.
And which phones support these standards?

I do not have a definitive list of phones that currently support the OMA standards - manufacturers' websites will detail this information (eg. a search on forum.nokia.com).

If people do have this information perhaps we could build a list of supporting handsets in this thread in the same way that operators' GPRS settings are being collated in another thread?
