Hi Shiv,

I'm not really sure how to proceed.

I think input from your provider is required.

What I can tell you is that they are returning an MM7 deliver response indicating "General service error".

This would usually suggest a policy type of issue. For example:

1.) Invalid Sender address

2.) Invalid authentication credentials (they might identify you via your source IP address, or they may have other requirements ... what does your provider say about authentication?)

That said, I am confused that your system is sending an MM7 DeliverReq to a service provider. Normally this would be SubmitReq.

Your screen shot above shows "Connection type=to MMSC (Submit format)". So I do not understand why NowSMS would be using DeliverReq.

Is there more than one NowSMS system? I am confused about your configuration. I do not understand why the MMSCDEBUG.LOG would show NowSMS posting an MM7 DeliverReq when the "MMSC Routing" definition shows the "Connection Type = To MMSC (Submit format)".

Can you check your configuration again? Verify that the MMSC Outbound Routing named MM7vasp is set for the "To MMSC (Submit format)". Then verify that the MM7 POST from NowSMS is still showing DeliverReq instead of SubmitReq.
