We reconfirm by installing NowSMS Lite and pointed to the same MMS processing url and it works.

Hi,

We did find that the HTTP POST for 2-way MMS would fail on some systems.

If you change the URL to include a port number, such as http://test.azurewebsites.net:80/upload/ it will work.
