Hi, I assume Route_21 is your default route, or route for +994 Many of our customers use "convert to SMS with web link" as a default route (until a subscriber is provisioned automatically by sending an MMS). The MNP callback only knows the subscriber is local. So, a callback response for a direct route results in a check to see if the subscriber is provisioned. If not provisioned, routing prefixes/default route is checked. I agree this is confusing, but if using the routing callbacks, set your default route to either direct or a concert to SMS route. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
