Regarding attach file missing in the Send MMS Message

Hi

I'm using Now SMS v2017.04.07

I have test mms in the Send MMS Message.
So I input To, From, Subject, Text field.
And I attach the image file and then I check Forward Lock “yes”.
When I send mms message, handset receive the only text message without image file.
Could you tell me, why image file is missing.
I attach the Now SMS logs.

Hi Johny,

Quite simply, this is an optional feature defined in the MMS specification, but most handset manufacturers opted not to implement it (the same applies to DRM).

MMS forward lock is a rather primitive unencrypted format defined as MIME type application/vnd.oma.drm.message

The MMSC is blocking the content because the user agent profile for the device does not indicate MMS client support for this MIME type.

If you wish to disable this checking for testing purposes, uncheck "Enable Dynamic Image + Audio conversion" in the MMSC settings.
