Hi It happen two times on two month that an alarm raised into our centreon supervision tool on check event log MMS.when we tried to connect to the server , we get an error.
the only thing that could resolve the trouble is to reboot the server. i add the error we get into the doc file. is it telling you something ? like tcp layer is full and cannot do anything. MM1 was OK but other like MM4 was nok. I am available if you have question about this incident., Br Marc | ||||

Hi Marc, Sorry I missed this message. Try clearing any files from the MMSCIN and MMSCOUT directories by moving them elsewhere, and then restart. Are there any older files in those directories? That might suggest a message that is stuck. — Des NowSMS Support | ||||

Hi Des I check the path you mentionned , but MMSCIN is 788 KB with 23 files and 25 folder and MMCOUT is Empty. The behavior is like MMSC doesn't have free socket available to open new connection or something like this. did you face to similar trouble ? Br Marc |
