Since One Week the MMSOUTQ is growing slowly but the MMSOUTQ has reach the 1000 MMS in the queue.
I add the Graph that show the MMSC queue. THis is grafana curve build from xmlstatus statistics tool.
GRAPH for Queue
I check on log for unusual entry but could find something.
I also check into path but i cannot explain why the MMSOUTQ are growing like that.
On the documentation , MMSOUTQ is supposed to be the MM4 traffic but i don't know which one has got trouble.
Do you know how could i troubleshoot this ?
Thanks beforehand for your help.

Hi Marc,

Stop the service.

Move every file out of the VASPQ directory. (Don’t delete, because if this resolves the problem, we need to investigate.)

Start the service again.

Does this queue continue to grow, or is it stable?

If stable, re-introduce more recent files.

If still not stable, do the same with MMSCIN directory.

If none of this makes a difference...are you running a version older than 2017.04.07? If you are, then an update might resolve the issue. We are reviewing another report of an issue that was addressed in that update, which might be related.

I also recall that you recently applied some number prefix conversion settings, and I am wondering if the start of this problem might coincide with this settings change.

Hi Des,
We did your recomendation, meaning do a duplicate of the "MMS HUB" by "MMS" and put back the files into the VASPQ ( around 3000 MMS ^^ ) so the customer will receive it despite the incident we face to.
the MMSQ are empty now as show on the graph.

thanks a lot for your help,
