Hi raghav,

Let me make sure that I understand you correctly.

1.) You have a VASP account defined in NowSMS under "MMSC VASP".

2.) You are submitting a message to NowSMS through the "MMSC VASP" account for NowSMS to deliver the message directly as an MMSC (that is, no "MMSC Routing" definition involved for routing externally).

In this case, if you request a delivery report in the message that you submit, we will generate a delivery report back to the sender address that is specified in your original message.

To route that delivery report back to your VASP, you need to have an account defined under "MMSC Routing" that connects to your VASP. In the "Route messages to this account for phone number(s)" field, you need to put in the sender address that you are using for messages sent by the VASP. That way, when NowSMS has a message to deliver back to that address, it knows to route it to your VASP.

Please note that at this time, often the delivery report that you receive back will be a text message indicating that the message was delivered, and not a true delivery receipt. (Whether or not the correct format is used can vary based upon the protocol that is being used for the VASP.)
