MMS and WAP settings are different for every mobile operator. There are no magic settings that will work for every operator. I would suggest that you visit one of the more general mobile phone related discussion forums, such as http://www.howardforums.com or http://www.esato.com. This is the support forum for the Now SMS/MMS Gateway product, so your question is a bit off-topic here.
